Job Advertisement: Social Media Specialist

The Russian International School is a premier educational institution providing a high-quality learning environment. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us share our story with the world.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the school's social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).

• Create engaging and original content, including text, image, and video posts.

• Conduct photo and video shooting for school events, daily activities, and promotional campaigns.

• Edit and optimize multimedia content for social media.

• Schedule and publish content, ensuring a consistent and active online presence.

• Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics and audience engagement.

• Interact with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

• Strong skills in photography and videography, including editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro or similar mobile apps).

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Ability to create, publish, and analyze social media content.

• Creativity and an eye for detail.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
